PUPPY TRAINING
It is advisable to start training your puppy between the age of eight to ten weeks. This is the time that the puppy need to be guided and assisted in order to follow and
act in good and acceptable behaviour in the human world.
The following factors form part in explaining why puppies at
this age group have to be trained:
- The
immune system is now strong enough after the inoculations to expose the puppy
to socialize with other dogs.
- At
this age the puppy’s brain is like a clean slate and we can now start
writing instructions to it and begin to form positive behaviour.
- It
is also an ideal time to educate the puppy’s owner on how to cope and
rectify small problems that the puppy might experience.
The course duration are normally eight weeks and should at
least include the following:

different training collars and suitability

need of veterinary care including inoculations
